A brand system is an interconnected°, modular* set of tools^ that set your brand up for scale and help you go-to-market quickly.

° if it’s not connected then it’s not a system but a bunch of random pieces, we’re building something that snaps together to grow bigger (Oh Snap! You get the name now?)

* the goal of this system is that it continues to evolve so that you can easily refresh or append additional subbrands, templates, tools, or processes as you grow

The Strategy

The Strategy is all about understanding and defining your Brand System. Think of it as the “why” behind your brand and the foundation for everything else.

In order to fully understand the nuance and audience behind your brand we’ll need to dig in and get to know what’s going on.
The foundation for every part of your brand. We’ll develop everything from your unique brand story through to your voice, tone, and messaging all the way into your visual identity.
New brands are a beautiful thing, but not if they’re out of reach from your team. We’ll create a detailed plan and support communication for rolling out the new brand, tooling and enablement materials.

The Systems

The System takes the strategy and brings it to life through design. This is the “what” aka what we’re going to bring to life for you and what your customers are going to love.

We will create a unique visual identity to match your brand that will include logo treatments, color systems, and typography along with shape language, photography, and other assets that will bring your brand to life.
A cohesive website experience is everything. We’ll systematize your entire website to make iteration, experimentation, and future updates a snap.
The best part of this exercise is watching your brand scale effortlessly across teams, channels, and languages. We’ll build out the templates and asset libraries your team needs to scale.
Interaction, motion, video, our system cover it all because your brand can’t just look good, it’s gotta have good dance moves too.

The Stack

The Stack brings the system to life through technology, integrations, and processes. This is the “how”. In terms of OhSnap! this is how we make sure your brand is ready for scale.

Technology is how we make your brand accessible and this is your toolkit for scale. We work with Canva, Figma, Capsule, CMS, Air, and Google Slides.
We’ll build the AI, brand GPTs and prompting queues to push brand innovation and ensure consistency in your team’s work. Automations driven by Zapier.

Jenn Proud | Co-Founder

With a passion for design and a talent for solving complex problems, Jenn Proud co-founded Oh Snap! to help brands overcome the pain felt by scaling fast.

As former Global Head of Design at HubSpot, Jenn led the company’s global brand refresh, launched its first ever design system, and transformed the user experience across all digital platforms. She also developed systemized solutions that empowered teams company-wide to scale effortlessly.

At Oh Snap!, Jenn partners with brands to deliver bold identities, intuitive design systems, and impactful digital experiences that grow with their business. Jenn’s career has taken her from coast to coast and now back home to Chicago.

Dmitry Shamis | Co-Founder

As co-founder of Oh Snap! Dmitry helps B2B tech companies get out of the busy work and create space for their big swings.

Dmitry brings businesses into the future. Using an engineering mindset, he helps them implement AI solutions, develop and automate processes, and modernize their tech stacks. He's also one of the pioneers of self-service brand and creative systems that enable Marketers to work quickly and free up Creatives to be creative.

Before going out on his own, Dmitry led Brand and Creative at companies like HubSpot and SevenRooms. An NYC native, he currently lives in Chicago with his wife, and three kids.
